About the role
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) implementations, migrations, and support projects
- Conduct business process analysis and align SAP S/4HANA capabilities with financial process requirements
- Design and configure core finance modules including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Bank Accounting (FI-BL), Controlling (CO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, procurement, and technical teams
- Drive workshops, solution design, gap analysis, and blueprinting
- Provide guidance on data migration, testing, user training, and cutover planning
- Stay current with the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Treasury modules
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience
- At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations
- Deep understanding of financial business processes and best practices
- Strong hands-on configuration skills in SAP FI/CO
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA innovations: Universal Journal, Fiori apps for finance, Business Partner integration
- Experience in financial reporting tools such as SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Group Reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance
- Experience and exposure with Central Finance (cFIN), Treasury, or Group Reporting
- Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and HR modules
- Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project environments
