About the role

  • Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) implementations, migrations, and support projects
  • Conduct business process analysis and align SAP S/4HANA capabilities with financial process requirements
  • Design and configure core finance modules including General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Bank Accounting (FI-BL), Controlling (CO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, procurement, and technical teams
  • Drive workshops, solution design, gap analysis, and blueprinting
  • Provide guidance on data migration, testing, user training, and cutover planning
  • Stay current with the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Treasury modules
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SAP Finance (FI/CO) experience
  • At least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations
  • Deep understanding of financial business processes and best practices
  • Strong hands-on configuration skills in SAP FI/CO
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA innovations: Universal Journal, Fiori apps for finance, Business Partner integration
  • Experience in financial reporting tools such as SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Group Reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance
  • Experience and exposure with Central Finance (cFIN), Treasury, or Group Reporting
  • Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and HR modules
  • Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project environments
