About the role
- Align business objectives with Functional Business Process capabilities of SAP S/4HANA Cloud and re-imagine business processes
- Reconfigure processes to leverage standard SAP best practices with minimal customization
- Leverage business process intelligence tools included in RISE with SAP to assess, redesign, and optimize client processes
- Use SAP Signavio / IBIS for process mining and identifying improvement areas and building roadmaps
- Design solutions that flexibly adapt to changing business requirements and determine appropriate S/4HANA Cloud deployment models (Private, Public)
- Simplify customer IT landscapes by reducing legacy complexity and consolidating processes into RISE with SAP
- Guide clients from customization-heavy environments to standardized solutions with minimal technical debt
- Apply SAP BTP, SAP Fiori UX, and RPA capabilities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Help clients build business cases to demonstrate long-term cost savings and value of transitioning to S/4HANA Cloud via RISE
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage expectations across business and IT teams
- Work closely with technical architects, developers, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration between functional and technical solutions
- Provide leadership across all functional areas of SAP (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.) and establish best practices
- Guide the CoE in maintaining consistent methodologies, templates, and governance
- Stay up-to-date with SAP innovations, propose enhancements, and ensure comprehensive documentation of DXC solutions for RISE
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide training to internal teams and clients as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in SAP functional roles, including solution architecture and leading SAP transformation programs
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and other core SAP modules (FI/CO, MM/WM/EWM, SD, PP/QM, PS, PM, HCM, etc.)
- Experience supporting Centre of Excellence or similar governance function within an SAP environment
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles delivering enterprise SAP solutions
- SAP certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of business process design, mapping, and optimization
- Experience with RISE with SAP, business process intelligence tools, and industry templates
- Experience with SAP Signavio / IBIS for process mining and optimization
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Private Edition and Public Cloud deployment models)
- Expertise in SAP BTP, SAP Fiori UX, and RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to design solutions that adapt to changing business requirements and reduce customization/technical debt
