About the role

  • Focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S4 Hana technology
  • Lead requirements validation and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
  • Develop functional design, translate Functional Specifications into application design documents
  • Design functional and UAT test scripts; prepare test plans; perform unit and integration tests
  • Assist with training development
  • Coordinate with ABAP team; handle and lead development of WRICEF objects in collaboration with ABAP team
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs
  • Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration
  • Participate in project delivery during testing cycles and lead root cause analysis and correction of issues
  • Work directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects and developers

Requirements

  • At least 10yrs of years of overall SAP experience in manufacturing environments
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP MRO-(Maintenance Overhaul & Repair), Plant Maintenance and planning, Service Management, EAM and its integration with EWM
  • Candidate should have done minimum 2-3 EAM/PM implementation projects with at least 1 implementation in S/4 HANA
  • Domain Experience in MRO, Enterprise Asset Management, Plant Maintenance
  • Knowledge of integration points to EAM, including EWM
  • Very good knowledge on SAP MRO processes including EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), Maintenance Planning, Inventory Management, Maintenance and Service Processing
  • Sound knowledge of integration of EAM with SAP EWM
  • Sound knowledge of In-house, Field Service Repair process including Service Order, Maintenance Order, Refurbish Order, Subcontracting repairs
  • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana and FIORI
  • Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods
  • Associated Certifications S/4 HANA will be an added advantage
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Typically 8-12 years related work experience; advanced degree (eg. Bachelor, Master, etc) preferred but not required
