About the role
- Provide diagnostic information over the phone in a clear and concise manner
- Troubleshoot truck component failures mechanically and electrically
- Provide customer service and problem resolution
- Maintain customer database and documentation
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Troubleshooting over the phone and via email
- Computer proficient
- Great typing skills and detail oriented
- Medium/heavy duty truck component knowledge
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge
- Strong spatial relationship skills
- Understand mechanical operations and failure analysis
- Strong background in electrical troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of wiring schematics
- Practical application experience in automotive work
- ASE Automotive and Heavy Truck certifications preferred
- Working mechanical knowledge of Class 7 and 8 trucks
