About the role
- Assist in the day-to-day management of partner relationships, ensuring timely communication and support.
- Support onboarding processes for new partners, including documentation, training, and coordination to build strategic CoE.
- Track partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Delivery) to support partner initiatives and campaigns.
- Help coordinate partner events, webinars, and go-to-market activities.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate partner profiles in CRM and auxiliary tools.
- Maintain a view on Analyst reports and partner ecosystem drivers.
- Identify opportunities to improve partner satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, account management, sales support, or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- A proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset
