- Lead the CES growth strategy within the bank
- Identify, shape and win new opportunities across engineering, applications, data and AI
- Build strong senior relationships with technology and business leaders
- Lead consulting-led conversations and influence transformation agendas
- Build and scale a high-performing CES team
- Own commercial performance, including revenue, margin and deal shaping
Requirements
- Senior leadership background in Financial Services IT services
- Experience across consulting, software engineering, applications, data and/or AI
- A strong track record winning work in large banks and displacing incumbent providers
- Commercial acumen and experience owning major revenue targets
- Executive presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
- Background from a major consulting firm, systems integrator or global services provider.
