About the role
- Manage a diverse caseload of fraud cases, from inception to resolution.
- Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.
- Drafting Pleadings, instructions to counsel and comprehensive reports to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system.
- Complying with MI requirements.
- Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression.
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation.
- Deploying agreed legal strategies and ensuring efficient case development.
Requirements
- Previous and tangible experience handling fraud or motor insurance claims
- Strong knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation process
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and using case management software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
