- assist with a complex litigated caseload of Motor Defendant Insurance cases
- apply specific technical principles to drive proactive settlement of cases
- use case management systems to improve speed of settlement
- identify cases requiring further investigation surrounding Fraud indicators
- prioritise and organise work efficiently to ensure completion of tasks to deadlines
Requirements
- previous experience assisting on a motor insurance caseload
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- business acumen and understanding of clients' needs
- computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office
