- Provide proactive, high-level support to Partners and Fee-Earning teams
- Deliver a highly professional and responsive service
- Manage a wide range of non-chargeable activities
- Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality client experience
- Work closely with Partners and teams across the business
- Support day-to-day operations while adding value through organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
Requirements
- Experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with confidence supporting senior stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience of producing accurate, high-quality meeting minutes
- Experience arranging travel and processing expenses
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience supporting Partners or Fee Earners within legal or professional services (desirable)
- Billing and Invoicing experience (desirable)
- Real estate background or knowledge useful (desirable)
- Experience supporting events or client hospitality (desirable)
