Requirements

  • Experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative support role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence supporting senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience of producing accurate, high-quality meeting minutes
  • Experience arranging travel and processing expenses
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience supporting Partners or Fee Earners within legal or professional services (desirable)
  • Billing and Invoicing experience (desirable)
  • Real estate background or knowledge useful (desirable)
  • Experience supporting events or client hospitality (desirable)
