About the role
- Ownership for the delivery of outstanding customer service at all times to both external and internal customers.
- Develop an understanding of all mail room services to include the processing and distribution of emails and physical inbound/outbound mail
- Liaise with third party service providers to ensure hygienic cleaning/monitoring/reporting is carried out.
- Conduct regular safety checks and address any potential hazards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front of House, Customer Service and Workplace Facilities role.
- Be highly organised and be able to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent Customer Service is essential
- Communication skills both verbal and written are essential for this role.
- A high level of computer literacy is essential.
