About the role

  • Managing a diverse caseload for insurers focused on defending litigated Personal Injury, Serious Injury, Large Loss, Motor, RTA or EL/PL claims
  • Working closely with Partners and Senior Associates to support case progression
  • Drafting legal documents and instructions to experts
  • Maintaining high precision and attention to detail in all written work
  • Liaising with clients and key stakeholders for clear communication
  • Conducting thorough research to support legal strategies and case development

Requirements

  • Previous Paralegal experience working on high-value Personal Injury or Serious Injury, Large Loss, Complex Loss, Catastrophic Loss, Motor, RTA or EL/PL claims
  • Previous Paralegal experience in Scotland is essential for this role
  • Experience in handling personal injury litigation (pursuer or defender)
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Background in working within a busy commercial environment
