About the role
- Play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people strategy
- Drive divisional people priorities and cyclical HR processes (performance management, pay review, talent and succession planning, engagement initiatives)
- Lead business change projects and organizational structure reviews to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals
- Implement HR policies and procedures, and support global recruitment aligned with local needs
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Reward, Performance & Engagement, HR Operations) to enhance colleague experience
- Coach and challenge leaders to foster effective leadership behaviors
- Use data insights to inform decisions and manage people risks
- Champion new technologies and innovative HR practices
- Contribute to HR strategy and lead cross-functional projects
- Share knowledge to support the development of the wider HR team
Requirements
- Proven ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience managing cyclical HR activities and delivering HR initiatives
- Strong technical HR expertise with the ability to coach senior leaders
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable HR plans
- Hands-on experience in structured, regulated corporate environments (e.g., professional services)
- Analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes
- Self-starter who thrives independently and in global team settings
- Passion for delivering exceptional colleague experiences
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Experience in international business and navigating multi-jurisdictional and cultural challenges (desirable)
- Familiarity with leveraging technology, AI, and data insights in HR solutions (desirable)
