• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporate and enterprise clients.
• Promote and sell workplace technology solutions such as AV/UC systems, smart office solutions, and workplace management platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, project, and marketing) to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.

Accounts Receivable

• Issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments
• Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies
• Process receipts, credit notes, and adjustments
• Prepare AR aging reports and monthly statements
• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Operations) and external customers on billing matters
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Support month-end closing and audit requirements
• Update accounting systems and maintain accurate records
