Provide exceptional post-sale support to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers, including troubleshooting and advising on technical use cases involving Dutchie’s API and SDK.
Serve as a trusted advisor to technology partners, supporting their integration and implementation questions.
Conduct customer trainings and workshops (on-site and virtual) to maximize product adoption and technical understanding.
Collaborate with customers to design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned to workflows and industry best practices.
Identify and implement creative, technically sound solutions to address complex customer challenges.
Provide foundational SEO guidance to help customers improve discoverability and digital performance.
Stay up-to-date with Dutchie’s product features, updates, and roadmap; act as an internal and external subject matter expert.
Collect and share customer and partner insights to help shape product direction.
Influence product improvements as part of internal SME groups and ensure alignment with Customer Success and Sales teams.
Up to 20% travel for on-site customer engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to learn and support APIs, SDKs, and software integrations.
Fundamental knowledge of SEO best practices and digital optimization.
Experience in a similar role at a technology or software company, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and regulatory environment (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.
