• Distributor management: Handle onboarding, support, and development of our distributors and wholesalers, building long-term relationships.
• Customer consulting: Advise customers on occupational safety solutions and ensure they integrate Dustlight effectively into their daily operations.
• Market analysis and strategy: Monitor trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to optimizing our sales strategy.
• Contract negotiations: Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all terms are agreed to the satisfaction of both parties.

• Neukundengewinnung: Du akquirierst aktiv neue Kunden in unterschiedlichen Industrien – von der Bauwirtschaft über die Metallverarbeitung bis zur Chemiebranche.
• Outreach-Kampagnen: Du steuerst eigenständig Out-Reach Kampagnen, um Dustlight in neuen Märkten bekannt zu machen und unsere Reichweite zu erhöhen.
• Distributoren-Management: Du kümmerst dich um das Onboarding, die Betreuung und die Entwicklung unserer Distributoren und Großhändler und baust langfristige Beziehungen auf.
• Kundenberatung: Du berätst Kunden zu Lösungen rund um das Thema Arbeitssicherheit und sorgst dafür, dass sie Dustlight optimal in ihren Arbeitsalltag integrieren können.
• Marktanalysen und Strategien: Du beobachtest Trends, identifizierst neue Geschäftschancen und trägst dazu bei, unsere Vertriebsstrategie zu optimieren.
• Vertragsverhandlungen: Du verhandelst und finalisierst Verträge und stellst sicher, dass alle Details zur beiderseitigen Zufriedenheit geregelt sind.
