B2B Sales & Key Account Manager – Occupational Safety, Industrial Customers
DustlightSales & Key Account Manager generating new B2B client relationships for dust monitoring solutions. Collaborating across industries to enhance workplace safety and support product integration.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- New business acquisition: Actively acquire new customers across various industries — from construction and metalworking to the chemical sector.
- Outreach campaigns: Independently run outreach campaigns to introduce Dustlight to new markets and expand our reach.
- Distributor management: Handle onboarding, support, and development of our distributors and wholesalers, building long-term relationships.
- Customer consulting: Advise customers on occupational safety solutions and ensure they integrate Dustlight effectively into their daily operations.
- Market analysis and strategy: Monitor trends, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to optimizing our sales strategy.
- Contract negotiations: Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all terms are agreed to the satisfaction of both parties.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in sales and/or key account management — ideally in the B2B space and with a passion for technical products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — fluent in German and English (minimum C1) and able to communicate persuasively with empathy and determination.
- Independent and proactive working style — you find solutions and bring ideas to address the challenges of our customers and sales partners.
- Experience with outreach campaigns and sales tools — familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic startup — no two days are the same, and you are ready to grow your role with us.
