About the role
- New customer acquisition: Actively acquire new customers across a range of industries — from construction to metalworking and the chemical sector.
- Outreach campaigns: Independently run outreach campaigns to raise Dustlight’s profile in new markets and expand our reach.
- Distributor management: Onboard, support and develop our distributors and wholesalers, building long-term relationships.
- Customer consulting: Advise customers on workplace safety solutions and ensure they can integrate Dustlight effectively into their daily operations.
- Market analysis and strategy: Monitor trends, identify new business opportunities and help optimize our sales strategy.
- Contract negotiations: Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all details are agreed to the satisfaction of both parties.
Requirements
- Professional experience in sales and/or key account management — ideally in B2B and with a passion for technical products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — you can communicate confidently in German and English (min. C1) and persuade with empathy and assertiveness.
- Independent and proactive working style — you find solutions and contribute ideas to address the challenges of our customers and sales partners.
- Experience with outreach campaigns and sales tools — familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Flexibility and enjoyment working in a dynamic startup — no two days are the same, and you are ready to grow your role with us.
