About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • New customer acquisition: Actively acquire new customers across a range of industries — from construction to metalworking and the chemical sector.
  • Outreach campaigns: Independently run outreach campaigns to raise Dustlight’s profile in new markets and expand our reach.
  • Distributor management: Onboard, support and develop our distributors and wholesalers, building long-term relationships.
  • Customer consulting: Advise customers on workplace safety solutions and ensure they can integrate Dustlight effectively into their daily operations.
  • Market analysis and strategy: Monitor trends, identify new business opportunities and help optimize our sales strategy.
  • Contract negotiations: Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring all details are agreed to the satisfaction of both parties.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional experience in sales and/or key account management — ideally in B2B and with a passion for technical products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — you can communicate confidently in German and English (min. C1) and persuade with empathy and assertiveness.
  • Independent and proactive working style — you find solutions and contribute ideas to address the challenges of our customers and sales partners.
  • Experience with outreach campaigns and sales tools — familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Flexibility and enjoyment working in a dynamic startup — no two days are the same, and you are ready to grow your role with us.
