About the role
- Serve as EHS representative on the management team
- Manage permit strategy for the sites
- Analyze and evaluate EH&S performance across the sites
- Provide EHS guidance to drive a Commitment to Zero safety culture
- Develop internal audit plans and review performance
- Support injury and illness recordkeeping and case management process
- Provide supervisory guidance and development to all EHS resources
Requirements
- BS in a basic science or technical degree in the field of EHS management
- At least 8-10 years of site operations related experience
- Experience and working knowledge of U.S. and State of Ohio occupational health, safety and environmental regulations
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
