About the role
- Conduct phone consultations to advise clients on a variety of basic general practice issues.
- Provide legal advice during consultations on general practice matters, including estate planning and trademarks where applicable.
- Average 10-12 consultations per week (Washington rate noted).
- Build client book through consultations and client interactions.
- Work as a part-time contractor for Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig (DBL).
Requirements
- MUST be currently admitted to the WA bar.
- Basic general practice knowledge or experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Estate planning practice area experience preferred.
- Some trademark knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to conduct phone consultations (remote)
