About the role

  • Develop detailed 3D BIM models for interior design projects using Revit and other BIM software.
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate with various disciplines to resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.
  • Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and BOQs from BIM models.
  • Ensure that all models comply with project standards, client requirements, and BIM protocols (LOD 300-400, IFC).
  • Work closely with the design team to optimize layouts, materials, and finishes in the BIM environment.
  • Maintain BIM libraries and update models based on project revisions and client feedback.
  • Assist in presentations and visualizations using BIM-generated renders and walkthroughs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of BIM modeling experience with a focus on Interior Design.
  • Strong design consultancy background.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks (for clash detection).
  • Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD 300-400, and IFC file formats.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret design concepts into accurate BIM models.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
