Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or PR, either in-house or within an agency
- Proven experience in communicating directly with talents and corporate clients
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural talent for building and maintaining strong relationships
- Strong mediation abilities with experience in negotiating, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations
- High organizational skills with a proven track record in task management, handling details, meeting multiple deadlines, following processes and multitasking effectively
- Knowledge in managing influencer/talent partnerships and assessing social media metrics and industry KPIs
- Strong understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations
- Solid knowledge of fashion, beauty, and entertainment online communities
- Demonstrated team player energy and collaborative approach
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset
- Experience in the pitch process with business development teams and clients is a plus
