• Generate high-volume concepts and creative directions for AI image/video projects.
• Build moodboards, visual references, and story frames that translate briefs into clear creative territories.
• Support early client alignment by helping prepare concept decks and participating in strategy/concept calls when needed.
• Translate feedback into revisions and stronger creative decisions with guidance from the creative lead.
• Partner with production to ensure creative intent is clear and executable within timelines.
• Help define visual rules (style, tone, composition) so outputs feel curated—not generic AI.
• Contribute to creative research: trends, references, competitive scans, formats that are working.
• Maintain strong organization across versions/iterations so the team can move fast.
• Bring AI curiosity: explore tools/workflows and share what improves speed or quality.

Concept Creative – AI Studio

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI image/video projects - from kickoff to final delivery - across multiple clients and timelines.
• Lead client communication throughout: run production check-ins, manage expectations, drive next steps, and ensure feedback is consolidated into clear, actionable direction.
• Partner on early-stage alignment: support the brief intake and concept alignment phase by asking smart questions, challenging assumptions, and helping refine the scope into an executable plan.
• Build the production framework for each project: timelines, milestones, review cycles, approval gates, versioning, and “definition of done” for every deliverable.
• Run working sessions with Creative + Production to keep output flowing, remove blockers, and maintain momentum during rapid iteration.
• Protect creative intent while keeping the machine tight: ensure the team is producing at speed without compromising taste, brand fit, or quality standards.
• Create clean systems and documentation: briefs, alignment notes, review trackers, handoff packages, delivery folders - everything organized, traceable, and client-ready.
• Manage trust and compliance signals (without being heavy): ensure clarity on what’s being produced, what’s being delivered, and what the client is approving - avoiding any “black box” feeling.
• Continuously improve how the studio runs: identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, and implement better processes as volume grows.

Senior Project Manager

Compliance

• Review and validate invoices prior to release according to internal and client rules (client info, talents involved, amounts, currency, references).
• Ensure agents comply with contractual, operational, and documentation requirements.
• Block and return non-compliant invoices with clear correction guidance and escalate complex or ambiguous cases appropriately.
• Identify recurring errors and systemic gaps.
• Document trends and contribute to stronger upstream controls.
• Support continuous improvement of billing validation rules.
• Act as the operational point of contact between agents and finance and communicate requirements clearly and diplomatically.
• Reduce avoidable back-and-forth and prevent payment delays.
• Operate confidently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Billing & Compliance Technician

Administrative Assistant

• Become an extension of our 2 Team Leads by supporting high-volume admin coordination in a range of activities
• Manage calendars, scheduling, invites, and internal follow-ups on their behalf
• Keep tracking tools clean and organized (folders, docs, lists, spreadsheets, etc.)
• Ensure key info is properly filed in Zoho and internal systems
• Support day-to-day organization of priorities, documents, and deadlines
• Create templates, trackers, recaps, and internal coordination notes
• Handle routine admin requests quickly, efficiently, and with attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to keep workflows moving
• Maintain structured and easy-to-navigate files for the whole team

Administrative Assistant – Sports

Account Manager

• Oversee and execute negotiated partnerships from start to finish, ensuring all contractual terms are met and project milestones are achieved as planned.
• Maintain continuous engagement with talents and brands throughout and beyond collaborations, offering support and guidance to enhance and nurture relationships.
• Track performance by evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and present comprehensive reports at the end of each partnership, detailing successes, challenges, and key insights to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with talents and Dulcedo employees throughout and beyond collaborations to ensure each talent maintains a consistent, and impactful social media presence.
• Develop content strategies and concept ideas, leveraging analytics and social media trends to maintain high engagement rates and ensure content effectiveness.
• Actively participate in talents’ agency experience by engaging in their onboarding, quarterly planning, and other key activities.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of talents by providing planning support to help organize their activities and ensure their success.
• Manage inbound PR requests, handle interview requests, respond to mailers, and process event invitations.
• Contribute to outbound strategies, including talent sourcing, outreach, interview pitching, talent gifting, event responses, and new brand pitch calls.
• Attend on-site production days and talent events, providing on-site support to guarantee successful collaborations.
• Leverage the right tools and information channels to stay on top of industry trends in order to serve as a valuable resource to the team.

• Identify, approach and engage high-potential Agent profiles through proactive, targeted headhunting.
• Map key markets (Montréal, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, etc.) and analyze competing ecosystems.
• Become the internal reference for who does what, where and why in the industry.
• Build and maintain long-term human relationships with rare, brilliant and ambitious talent — year-round.
• Position Dulcedo as an employer of choice through a credible, intelligent and authentic approach.
• Build living, qualified pipelines that can be activated at any time (no more emergency hiring).
• Supply the majority of openings with thoughtfully headhunted, aligned candidates.
• Read between the lines of the market: anticipate movements, detect weak signals and identify talent before competitors do.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to turn market intelligence into concrete decisions.
• Keep a clear, structured overview of all your leads in our ATS (Lever).
• Have a direct impact on Dulcedo’s growth without being measured solely by number of hires.
