About the role
- Supervise and execute negotiated partnerships for our talent from start to finish, ensuring all contractual terms are met.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with talent and brands during and after collaborations, providing support and guidance to strengthen and sustain relationships.
- Monitor performance by evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver comprehensive reports at the conclusion of each partnership.
- Collaborate with talent and Dulcedo staff during and after collaborations to ensure every talent maintains an active social media presence.
- Develop content strategies and concept ideas, using analytics and social media trends to sustain high engagement rates.
- Actively contribute to the talent agency experience by supporting onboarding and planning processes.
- Assist with day-to-day talent management by providing scheduling support to help organize their activities.
Requirements
- Approximately 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or public relations, either in-house or at an agency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Highly organized with a proven track record in task management, attention to detail, meeting multiple deadlines, process follow-up, and effective multitasking.
- Solid understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and public relations.
- Demonstrated team player mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Experience participating in pitch processes with business development teams and clients is a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of online communities in fashion, beauty, and entertainment.
- Experience managing influencer/talent partnerships and evaluating social media and industry performance metrics.
- Strong mediation skills with experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and expectation management.
- Proven experience communicating directly with talent and corporate clients.
