Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and capitalise on new revenue opportunities within assigned client portfolio
Work collaboratively and proactively with Strategic Partners in accounts (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake, GCP) and utilise partner incentive programmes
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level client stakeholders as trusted advisor and primary point of contact
Identify and pursue new project opportunities, prepare and present proposals, and collaborate with pre-sales to shape solutions
Collaborate with delivery and consulting leads to ensure projects are set up for commercial success and client satisfaction; act as primary escalation point
Lead, mentor, and motivate consultants and project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Manage account profitability, forecast revenue, track budgets, and identify risks and opportunities
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes within financial services and structure deals leveraging client and partner funding
Meet KPIs including QoQ account revenue growth, opportunity conversion rate, client satisfaction, cross-selling/upselling, and client retention
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a consulting, account management, or business development role with a strong focus on the financial services sectors
Good understanding of the broad aspects of data transformation and the business and technology landscape challenges that lead to it
Demonstrated success in growing and managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts
Experience of working collaboratively and proactively with Strategic Partners (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, Snowflake, GCP) including partner incentive programmes
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate consultants and project managers
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of the challenges and trends within the financial services industries (Banking and Insurance)
Experience structuring deals leveraging client and partner funding
