Executive

• Partner with Duetti's A&R team to negotiate and execute our most complex, highly customized agreements directly with our artist partners and their teams, and to develop creative solutions for challenges faced by the A&R team
• Develop and cultivate relationships with artists, managers, and other industry stakeholders
• Support the A&R team in achieving ambitious goals and milestones in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and integration of agreements
• Use data analysis to identify opportunities to increase efficiency across the sales cycle
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in the music fintech space

Deal Executive

• Negotiate, sign and close catalog acquisition deals with artists, songwriters, and other music creators
• Work directly with Duetti's A&R, Underwriting, Legal and Finance teams to lead acquisitions
• Shape and execute Duetti's acquisition strategy
• Collaborate closely with Duetti's Head of Sourcing and the senior leadership team
• Operate at the intersection of Music, Operations and Data Analytics
• Help independent music creators grow both professionally and financially

Product Manager

• Define and own the roadmap for your pod, from discovery through delivery and adoption.
• Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into clear product direction without waiting for someone to hand you the answer.
• Set success metrics for your initiatives and track them. Know when something is working and when it is not.
• Own relationships with leadership-level stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Investments, including regular presentations and roadmap reviews with the CEO and COO.
• Communicate product decisions and priorities clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, translate operational needs into clear product specs, and work directly with engineers and designers to get them built.
• Drive internal adoption. Ensure stakeholders understand not just what changed, but why it matters and how to use it.
• Balance competing priorities, surface blockers early, and make sound tradeoffs without waiting to be told what matters most.

Senior Product Manager

• Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks across Duetti products.
• Develop end-to-end testing solutions for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Create automated regression test suites for critical business workflows.
• Build reusable testing frameworks and utilities that can be leveraged across multiple products.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Establish quality engineering best practices and standards from the ground up.
• Define testing strategies and quality standards across the organization.
