About the role
- Serve as a system consultant for Dudek’s enterprise service management platform.
- Provide functional support, lead end‑user engagement and training.
- Coordinate system best practices and oversee testing.
- Ensure strong functional documentation and govern controls for quality service management practices.
- Liaison to end users to gather needs and document functional improvements.
- Provide training on application functions including request attributes and workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and dashboards to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated depth and breadth in Service Management functions, including request and incident management.
- Experience with functional configuration, UAT, documentation, and support functions.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with establishing and driving service management processes and measurements.
- Experience with common service management platforms.
- Detailed knowledge of service desk best practices and tools.
- Experience managing relationships with managed service providers, staffing agencies, and other vendors.
- Ability to articulate technical issues to non-technical staff and/or business leadership.
- Valid driver’s license and active personal automobile liability insurance.
