About the role
- Facilitate meetings with internal teams to advance opportunities and partnerships
- Facilitate Dudek presence at select conferences and client and industry events to support client connections with appropriate technical experts
- Coordinate attendance at select client meetings and events such as consultant industry day events, pre-proposal meetings, professional organizations, and board meetings
- Ensure CRM data integrity by maintaining accurate and timely updates to client records, opportunities, and interactions
- Maintain and report client-engagement metrics including touchpoint frequency, relationship stage progression, win/loss and key client advancement
- Lead strategic capture planning and Go/No-Go decision-making for pursuits
- Conduct market research to identify trends, funding mechanisms, and service gaps
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop strategic marketing collateral
- Foster team collaboration, support recruiting efforts, and inform market strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in AEC marketing and business development, with regional or national scope
- Proven track record of supporting winning work and helping cultivate client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Deltek Vantagepoint, AI platforms, and online meeting tools
- Exceptional business writing skills that articulate concepts with clarity
- Ability to travel, with a requirement of approximately 20% travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have active personal automobile liability insurance by the first day of employment
