About the role
- Create, shape, and optimise digital campaigns across multiple channels
- Assist in development and execution of overall digital marketing strategy and drive strategy on core projects
- Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on insights
- Conduct research on market trends, audiences, competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions
- Understand existing tracking and funnels and assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking
- Analyse data to identify problems and opportunities
- Produce effective ad copy and define OKRs for channel experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop end-to-end marketing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 5+ years’ of prior experience in Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of core digital marketing tools
- In-depth practical knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, and other digital marketing channels
- Understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
- Strong technical and data analysis skills
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English
- Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
- Excellent communication and literacy skills
- Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges
