About the role

  • Plans, implements and monitors marketing programs, projects, services, communications campaigns and product lines focused on generating revenue
  • Simultaneously manages multiple complex projects & initiatives
  • Ensures the integration and alignment of programs, business targets, performance gap(s) and budget analyses
  • Develops cross-functional relationships between the department and various process and support organizations
  • Designs, develops and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support a particular product, service or market sector
  • Coordinates activities with Corporate Communications in the design, development and implementation of marketing programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in marketing, program/project and/or energy management
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing or Communications MBA or Master's degree
  • Experience with integrated digital, social and mail marketing in a Business to Consumer relationship
  • Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
  • Consulting and influencing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Competent in multi-tasking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and project management software) sufficient to apply and support them with minimal instruction or guidance
