Ensures the integration and alignment of programs, business targets, performance gap(s) and budget analyses
Develops cross-functional relationships between the department and various process and support organizations
Designs, develops and implements marketing programs and/or pricing strategies to support a particular product, service or market sector
Coordinates activities with Corporate Communications in the design, development and implementation of marketing programs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in marketing, program/project and/or energy management
Preferred Bachelor's degree in a Business, Marketing or Communications MBA or Master's degree
Experience with integrated digital, social and mail marketing in a Business to Consumer relationship
Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
Consulting and influencing skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Competent in multi-tasking
Proficiency with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and project management software) sufficient to apply and support them with minimal instruction or guidance
