About the role

  • - Prospecting and acquiring new targeted contracts in different industries.
  • - Introducing Dsquares different platforms and services to new clients.
  • - Briefing internal teams on client’s requirements.
  • - Presenting tailored proposals for clients.
  • - Following up internally and externally on pending proposals and client’s different status.
  • - Selling up internal and external kick off meetings for project stakeholders.
  • - Negotiating, finalizing and closing deals.
  • - Follow up on existing clients in my portfolio on up and running projects and upcoming opportunities.

Requirements

  • **Required Skills & Abilities:**
  • - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • **Education & Experience:**
  • - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • - 8:10 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • - **Proven track record of B2B Sales.**
  • - Experience in the loyalty program or marketing industry is preferred.
  • - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
