About the role
- Manage a mapped set of MFDs across locations
- Build strong engagement through regular calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups
- Understand distributor business and identify growth opportunities
- Resolve distributor queries in coordination with operations / service team
- Drive SIP registrations, gross sales, and net inflows
- Increase share of business with mapped distributors
- Support cross-sell across Equity, Hybrid, Passive, and Fixed Income products
- Activate dormant distributors and increase productivity of existing partners
- Improve SIP book and transaction frequency
- Ensure regular contact with mapped distributors
- Drive participation in Distributor Success initiatives & growth marketing
- Promote digital platforms, tools, and investor solutions
- Support special initiatives for emerging distributors
- Maintain call reports, activity tracker, and pipeline updates
- Track AUM, SIP, and sales data for mapped partners
- Follow defined engagement cadence
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Mutual Fund / BFSI / Inside Sales / Relationship Management
- Good understanding of Mutual Funds / Financial Products preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with phone-based / virtual selling
- NISM VA certification
