About the role
- Lead the regional management of Marketing and Consumer Insights
- Grow the business and profitability by ensuring the regional team develops strong local/ regional insights and marketing strategies
- Manage and develop a team
- Define the marketing strategy including events throughout the year to support differentiation
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent (business administration, economics, marketing, science...)
- Minimum 15 years of marketing experience in the fine fragrance industry or beauty and luxury brands
- Proven track record in sales and creative marketing in the fragrance/cosmetic luxury industry
- Strong business acumen with good understanding of financial parameters
- Proven track record establishing strong client relationships and creating value
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong analytical skills, problem analysis and resolution at both strategic and functional levels
- Own the outcome by driving collective impact with high sense of accountability
