About the role
- Develop enchanting fragrances that spell success for dsm-firmenich and our clients' brands
- Partner with Fine Fragrance perfumers by sharing the latest consumer trends
- Select and refine submissions to meet brief parameters
- Utilize internal tools for informed fragrance creation
- Detect and forecast future fragrance trends
- Collaborate across Marketing, Technical Innovation, Consumer Insights, Perfumers, and Sales teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience with Fine fragrance, specialty retail and body care evaluation
- Technical expertise a plus
- Experience translating fragrances into different forms
