About the role
- In line with our Global TA strategy, proactively support local HR teams through optimization of recruitment infrastructure, TA strategy implementation, best practices, initiatives, and solutions.
- Manage all TA-related subjects at regional and local level, including talent identification, graduate recruitment, and vendor management.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior roles, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for niche and specialized roles, using innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive and diverse talent for current and future needs.
- Create and drive regional and global employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s position as an employer of choice, using TA data to shape the agenda with HR BPs and hiring managers.
- Manage and coach a regional TA team, actively shape the global TA agenda, collaborate closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders, and report to the Senior Director Regional HR IMAT as a member of the Regional HRLT.
Requirements
- An experienced Talent Acquisition / HR profile with a minimum of 8 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to global organizations.
- Solid knowledge of and experience in both operational and functional expertise in Talent Acquisition and how it connects to HR and organizational strategy.
- Solid understanding of the employment marketplace and trends in recruiting strategies.
- A curious mindset and proactive leadership approach, with the ability to think creatively and in a solution-focused manner.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, embracing ownership, new challenges, and the ability to challenge the status quo.
- Cultural savviness with a data-driven, results-oriented personality, fluent in English and ideally another language (e.g. Arabic or French).
