About the role
- Provide direct technical assistance to the client’s staff within the Tech Café
- Ensure a smooth experience by delivering first-level support, guidance, and assistance for IT issues
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Distribute and configure new laptops and peripherals
- Perform data and system migrations when remote execution is not possible
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in the Tech Café
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
- Familiarity with common enterprise applications (Microsoft 365, VPN, collaboration tools)
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
