About the role
- Lead, develop and manage Regional Account Managers, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational standards.
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Drive margin improvement initiatives and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Partner with Sourcing and Data & Analytics teams to drive fact-based decisions and performance improvements.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, operational frameworks, and governance standards.
- Own regional performance KPIs.
- Develop client relationship ensuring alignment and collaboration on all requirements.
- Lead escalation management with a focus on root-cause resolution and prevention.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across client services.
- Responsible for sales and margin the client account, including revenue, forecast and margin.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client services or senior account management in a multinational environment.
- A history of success in leadership and managing teams to deliver and flourish.
- Expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels in a matrix environment.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and operational compliance.
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and offer alternative solutions.
