About the role

  • Lead, develop and manage Regional Account Managers, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational standards.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Drive margin improvement initiatives and ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Partner with Sourcing and Data & Analytics teams to drive fact-based decisions and performance improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, operational frameworks, and governance standards.
  • Own regional performance KPIs.
  • Develop client relationship ensuring alignment and collaboration on all requirements.
  • Lead escalation management with a focus on root-cause resolution and prevention.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across client services.
  • Responsible for sales and margin the client account, including revenue, forecast and margin.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client services or senior account management in a multinational environment.
  • A history of success in leadership and managing teams to deliver and flourish.
  • Expertise in managing stakeholders at all levels in a matrix environment.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks and operational compliance.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and offer alternative solutions.
