About the role

  • Responsible for the delivery of our 80/20 transformation program
  • Work in close coordination with the Packaging Finance Director and the EMEA Strategy & Transformation Director
  • Implement robust programme governance, monitor progress, and manage risks
  • Embed our Delivery Framework, manage the RAID log, and oversee the "EBITDA funnel"
  • Lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional delivery teams
  • Promote a culture of collaborative working across our sub-regions
  • Act as an advocate for change, regularly reporting to the Packaging Management Team (PMT) and the SteerCo
  • Ensure all projects are delivered in line with quality, time, and budget constraints

Requirements

  • Proven track record in delivering strategic business transformation and change management programmes within a multinational corporate environment
  • Excellent knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling complex programmes, including financial budget management and benefits tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving organizational objectives
  • Previous experience in corrugated packaging is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence at the senior management level
  • Highly skilled in MS Office, Visio, Project, and PowerBI
  • Project Management certifications (Prince 2, MSP, or PMP) are highly desirable
  • A can-do attitude with the energy and enthusiasm to navigate complex organizational structures and lead teams through significant transitions.
