• Join a new AI-first division and partner with Head of Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design to shape product roadmap
• Build reliable, efficient, and scalable data foundations, tools, and processes to drive AI/ML capabilities’ long-term growth
• Leverage data-driven insights to proactively identify high-impact opportunities and influence product roadmaps and strategies
• Perform exploratory and deep-dive analysis of user workflows and engagement patterns on AI features
• Propose hypotheses, design and execute experiments with rigor using efficient data techniques
• Translate complex data insights into implications and recommendations for the business via excellent verbal and written communication
• Identify priorities and ruthlessly prioritize the area you will own
• Contribute to a culture of strong technical ownership, coach junior data scientists, and evolve DS working model with Head of Data Science
• Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, User Research, senior executives) to rapidly execute and iterate
