About the role
- Build the overall enterprise talent management roadmap in partnership with HRBPs.
- Leverage external and internal research to drive experimentation and new approaches.
- Improve talent management programs leveraging design thinking.
- Lead talent management projects from planning to delivery.
- Build collaborative relationships with HR team to drive execution.
- Influence and drive alignment with stakeholders using change management approaches.
- Interface with People Technology team to enhance process effectiveness through tech innovation.
- Work with People Analytics team to understand talent trends and measure program effectiveness.
- Own people management for direct reports, including onboarding and performance management.
Requirements
- University degree (BA/BS).
- 8+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development at a global, dynamic company and/or a leading management consulting firm.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience.
- Experience in performance management, including talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to flex between strategic planning and program execution.
- Deep project management and execution experience with attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Experience with talent management tools and Workday.
- Strong MS Excel and GSuite skills.
