About the role

  • Build the overall enterprise talent management roadmap in partnership with HRBPs.
  • Leverage external and internal research to drive experimentation and new approaches.
  • Improve talent management programs leveraging design thinking.
  • Lead talent management projects from planning to delivery.
  • Build collaborative relationships with HR team to drive execution.
  • Influence and drive alignment with stakeholders using change management approaches.
  • Interface with People Technology team to enhance process effectiveness through tech innovation.
  • Work with People Analytics team to understand talent trends and measure program effectiveness.
  • Own people management for direct reports, including onboarding and performance management.

Requirements

  • University degree (BA/BS).
  • 8+ years of experience in talent management or organizational development at a global, dynamic company and/or a leading management consulting firm.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience.
  • Experience in performance management, including talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to flex between strategic planning and program execution.
  • Deep project management and execution experience with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence.
  • Experience with talent management tools and Workday.
  • Strong MS Excel and GSuite skills.
