Analyst

• Lead performance management programs (concepts, criteria, routines and tools), translating them into actions for succession committees, assessments and Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
• Manage the leadership development program, curating topics, courses and external consultants for the organization’s various talent pipelines (from succession pools to business leaders);
• Manage training and development programs, designing learning experiences and curating topics and external consultancies;
• Conduct Organizational Climate Surveys, evaluating methodologies, co-creating communication plans and developing Action Plans;
• Prepare content and deliver trainings such as Onboarding and other ad-hoc requests;
• Implement and manage the Performance and Career Management module in the organization’s ERP, as well as co-manage LMS-related requests;
• Develop the area’s policies and processes, establishing criteria and procedures for accessing the budget allocated to organizational human development;
• Calculate indicators and monitor the impact of organizational development programs.
