About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic procurement processes for materials, supplies, equipment, and services according to internal department needs.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms, delivery times, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop, qualify (onboard), and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers.
Prepare and analyze quotations, comparative matrices, and cost analyses to support decision-making.
Monitor supplier performance indicators (lead time, quality, cost, and service).
Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, company procedures, and compliance requirements.
Support management in developing sourcing strategies and cost-reduction initiatives.
Assess supply risks and propose alternatives to ensure operational continuity.
Track purchase orders from issuance through final delivery.
Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, Production, and Planning to align requirements.
Participate in supplier contracting and negotiation processes.
Support continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Trade, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Procurement Management, or Logistics is a plus.
Solid experience in strategic procurement or supply chain.
Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts.
Experience with cost analysis and sourcing processes.
Experience with ERP systems and structured procurement processes.
