About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead performance management programs (concepts, criteria, routines and tools), translating them into actions for succession committees, assessments and Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
- Manage the leadership development program, curating topics, courses and external consultants for the organization’s various talent pipelines (from succession pools to business leaders);
- Manage training and development programs, designing learning experiences and curating topics and external consultancies;
- Conduct Organizational Climate Surveys, evaluating methodologies, co-creating communication plans and developing Action Plans;
- Prepare content and deliver trainings such as Onboarding and other ad-hoc requests;
- Implement and manage the Performance and Career Management module in the organization’s ERP, as well as co-manage LMS-related requests;
- Develop the area’s policies and processes, establishing criteria and procedures for accessing the budget allocated to organizational human development;
- Calculate indicators and monitor the impact of organizational development programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, People Management or related fields;
- Postgraduate/MBA in People Management, Organizational Human Development, Corporate Education, Leadership or related areas is a plus;
- Strong experience in Training & Development, with a focus on Leadership Development Programs (LDPs);
- Experience designing and delivering learning paths and development programs;
- Experience with Performance Evaluation, IDPs, competency management and human development processes;
- Experience managing LMS and corporate learning platforms;
- Experience creating content, instructor-led trainings and e-learning modules;
- Experience implementing or structuring T&D processes;
- Knowledge of Climate Surveys, onboarding and engagement initiatives;
- Experience with training metrics and monitoring results.
