Performance Marketing

• Strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (primary focus), LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on lowering Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Take full ownership of the paid acquisition funnel, from creative conceptualization and channel selection to ongoing optimization and reporting
• Own and execute organic social media strategy across relevant platforms to build brand awareness and engage target audiences
• Lead website optimization initiatives, including landing page creation and A/B testing, working closely with software agency to drive conversion rate improvements
• Plan, organize, and execute email marketing campaigns for our company newsletter
• Dive deep into marketing analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.) to inform campaign decisions and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with current digital marketing agencies, sales and PM department to maximize success
