• Lead the strategic development and execution of brand plans for the Nicotinelle portfolio.
• Responsible for driving brand growth, market share, and profitability in alignment with DRL’s mission.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer insights.
• Share brand positioning from Global Marketing, messaging, and value proposition to your countries.
• Co-Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and healthcare channels.
• Successfully manage product launches and lifecycle strategies in collaboration.
• Build reporting template & monitor brand performance through KPIs.
• Create monthly reports and presentations for the cluster team on performance, market updates, and competitor actions.
• Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain teams.
