Client Services Representative

• Oversee every aspect of the client experience from account implementation to day-to-day monitoring and oversight
• Work with initial project teams to create and implement new accounts and partner with Project Management through project closure
• Provide day-to-day communication and interaction critical to monitoring client services and ensure accurate, timely processing of monthly invoices if applicable
• Support customers directly and engage technical resources for technical/complex issues
• Manage overall client relationships and build strong rapport with client teams
• Introduce initiatives and solutions to grow client revenue and profit and retain current business
• Provide governance for contract adherence, set expectations, and deliver results
• Collaborate across departments and act as client advocate within the company
• Interpret and understand KPIs, contracts, and SLAs and provide governance and mitigation for future problems
• Analyze and interpret market research, white papers, and data to provide insights and apply industry best practices where appropriate
• Serve as client partner to ensure business objectives are met and introduce new products and services
• Demonstrate innovative thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a sense of urgency in a matrixed environment
• Ensure thorough documentation, execution of tasks, and appropriate client communication once projects are completed

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our payment's product.
• Expand product viability beyond current market into new verticals through market analysis and customer insights.
• Partner with Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to create a go-to-market strategy that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Build out business cases and define product investment requirements to scale the payments offering.
• Lead customer discovery efforts to understand what will make clients say “yes.”
• Drive competitive positioning to win larger deals and differentiate our payments solution in the market.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring progress from vision to delivery.

Billing Specialist

• Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor for Canada
• Prepare monthly internal revenue reports and other ad-hoc revenue reporting as requested by internal stakeholders
• Review revenue and provide variance analysis on discrepancies
• Prepare accounts reconciliation receivable, postage, deferred revenue, etc.
• Preparation of general journal entries as required
• Continually monitor and review accounting processes and procedures and recommend changes as appropriate to improve internal controls and/or efficiencies
• Work together with internal clients to develop standards and ensure alignment, and continuously improves processes and systems
• Prepare and submit HST/GST & PST filing for all Canadian entities
• Mentor and train new billing clerks
• Oversee preparation and review completion of customers invoices prior to distribution
• Manage external customer relationships as needed
• Manage accounts receivable aging report for distribution to the Senior team and other stakeholders
• Assist with annual external audit and auditors’ inquiries
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager and Accounting Director
