Platform Engineer

• Work with DevOps team to build out golden paths that streamline developer and builder workflows applying shift left security policies on CI/CD deployment, internal tooling, LLM, and data science workflows
• Own cloud security posture on Google Cloud, landing-zone guardrails, least-privilege IAM, secrets and key management, codified as infrastructure-as-code so secure defaults are baked into golden paths rather than bolted on after
• Continuously evaluate attack surfaces across the application, infrastructure, and cloud, prioritize findings by exploitability and blast radius, and feed the highest-leverage fixes back into the platform
• Set and enforce AI-usage best practices, guardrails for agentic coding tools internally and provide a security point of view on product AI/LLM features in partnership with engineering leadership
• Action on improving security and compliance through a risk-based approach implementing SOC2, ISO27001, and ISO27701 security and compliance frameworks
• Drive adoption and raise the security bar across engineering through better defaults, not mandates.

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs that power our Three.js and DuckDb powered frontend applications
• Extend and optimize our idempotent data pipelines using Airflow to adapt to evolving business needs
• Develop and manage our data storage and processing stack, leveraging DuckDB for analytical workloads and PostgreSQL for transactional data
• Implement and maintain robust data processing workflows that ingest and structure data from 360-degree video, project management schedules, and IoT sensors
• Explore and integrate WebAssembly (Wasm) powered local computation where appropriate to enable flexibility, performance, and reduce server round trip time

• Build the Enablement Function: design and operationalize the company's first formal sales enablement program, establishing its strategy, priorities, and infrastructure.
• Create scalable onboarding programs across GTM roles: AEs first, then SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success.
• Develop certification frameworks and role-based competency models.
• Build repeatable, AI-supported training systems that scale with company growth, including self-service delivery and the supporting tooling and LMS stack.
• Build your own deep construction expertise first: the project lifecycle, the stakeholders who run jobsites, and the metrics that govern their work.
• Develop curricula that turn generalist AEs into construction experts: persona guides, per-persona discovery questions, and objection libraries grounded in field reality.
• Give reps repeated, realistic practice, including AI role-play against construction personas, and gate certification on demonstrated domain fluency rather than product recall.
• Deliver live and asynchronous training, and coach in the flow of work (call and demo reviews, deal debriefs, role-plays).
• Use AI to accelerate content production from product releases, recorded calls, and SME interviews.
• Build and maintain playbooks across the customer lifecycle: discovery frameworks, qualification, account planning, and deal inspection.
