• Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, from leadership hires to high-velocity IC recruiting
• Champion a best-in-class candidate experience and help build Doxel’s talent brand to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
• Proactively identify, source, and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, etc.
• Build talent pipelines for current needs and future growth across multiple business functions
• Recommend and co-design best-in-class recruiting processes, tooling (ATS, sourcing, analytics), and operational rhythm
• Build sourcing playbooks, talent mapping frameworks, and interview best practices in partnership with hiring managers and leadership
• Introduce data-driven insights to improve speed, quality, and consistency of hiring
• Partner with Finance and GTM leaders on headcount planning and workforce prioritization
• Bring market and compensation insights to inform role design, leveling, and competitive positioning
• Advise on org structure, competency mapping, and candidate experience

Lead Business Recruiter – GTM, G&A

Client Partner

• Partnering directly with Doxel’s strategic customers’ key stakeholders to demonstrate and prove the impact of Doxel’s products and services
• Enabling customers to effectively utilize Doxel’s robust dataset to drive efficiencies and ask the right questions of their teams
• Curating media and educational content for customers
• Being the first responder to Enterprise customer support requests
• Work as a trusted advisor to Doxel’s strategic customers driving impact and success at all costs
• Act as a subject matter expert to Doxel’s products while training multiple customer personas
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders
• Document feature requests, validate minor bugs, and escalate technical requests to the engineering leads as required
• Gather feedback from customers and identify trends, pain points, and areas of friction
• Build out best practices/FAQ to most effectively and consistently help our customers
• Escalate any high-priority customer situations and solve issues
• Foster universal adoption of the Doxel platform

Implementation Specialist

• Lead enterprise rollouts from kickoff through active delivery, working with Sales and Customer Success
• Shape the foundation of the global implementation function and define how it scales
• Decrease customers' time to value and increase onboarding satisfaction
• Manage up to 15 concurrent customer onboardings
• Schedule and kick off calls and weekly status reports to customers
• Guide customers to successful outcomes and request/prepare onboarding files
• Liaise between department stakeholders to ensure alignment on project statuses
• Document and drive systemic change internally to further decrease time to value
