About the role

  • Manages account portfolio - prepares and implements account plans.
  • Leads and coordinates customer relationships.
  • Develops and executes sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
  • Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
  • Leads/conducts negotiations and implements price change.
  • Collaborates with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
  • Uses CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at “expert” level.
  • Delivers growth, including cross business opportunities.
  • Understands short vs long term trade offs and is able to articulate them for win solutions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
  • 7+ years experience in technical/sales/marketing/commercial related positions is required.
  • A valid U.S. driver's license is required.
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States.
  • No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
  • A degree discipline in business, chemistry or engineering is preferred.
  • Strong Sales excellence experience.
  • Prior customer relationship building experience.
  • Packaging or Polyethylene experience and/or knowledge.
