About the role

  • Own and grow partner relationships: Build and maintain strong rapport with key partners to drive mutual success.

  • Act quickly and decisively: Execute plans with speed and precision to capitalize on market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances (preferably in SaaS or technology).
  • Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Native Japanese proficiency and strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
