About the role
- Review influencer content for creative quality, brand alignment, and platform best practices
- Support creator campaign execution by maintaining our influencer creative dashboard, trackers, and documentation across active programs
- Coordinate influencer asset handoffs with the Growth Media team
- Assist in evaluating creator shortlists
- Analyze influencer performance readouts and campaign results
- Partner closely with the Senior Managers and cross-functional teams
- Stay plugged into creator and social trends
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, creator partnerships, or digital marketing
- Strong eye for creator content
- Understand what makes influencer creative feel authentic, engaging, and platform-native
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience managing trackers, dashboards, or multi-stakeholder workflows
- Comfortable working with performance data
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Curious about culture, creators, and social trends
