About the role
- Own and grow a portfolio of middleware, integration, and channel partners, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and accelerate mutual growth.
- Develop scalable go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Lead strategic initiatives that impact how DoorDash works with partners—from pricing structures to marketing campaigns to partner onboarding.
- Conduct performance reviews with partners and internal stakeholders, using available data and business insights to drive actionable recommendations.
- Champion operational improvements that increase efficiency and enhance the partner experience.
- Influence internal product, ops, and sales teams to ensure partner feedback is heard and integrated into future roadmaps.
- Present partnership performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a strategy, operations, financial services, investment banking, consulting, technology or business analyst type role
- Comfortable with building and running SQL queries to analyze business performance
- Strong analytical skills and bring a structured approach to ambiguous data sets
- Can think strategically and creatively to come up with solutions to complex problems
- Experience in bringing new products to market and scaling business processes
- Enjoy working with cross-functional teams and have a strong penchant for influencing others to achieve desired outcomes
- Display extreme ownership over multiple projects and workstreams, while ruthlessly prioritizing what will actually move the needle
- Self-starter; you aren’t afraid of failure, have a bias towards action and can thrive in a fast environment
- Oscillate easily from strategic considerations to tactical execution
- Humble and hungry; you’re willing to get your hands dirty and are open to feedback
- Strong communication and reporting skills; can summarize complex issues into succinct problem statements and provide high-level business commentary to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree required.
